How much extra do you charge for biweekly or weekly rents?

I chop the monthly rent in half and add $5-$10, to make it a bit more obvious they aren't paying half month's of rent. I also have them sign an addendum that lays out due dates for the entire years along with the specific days covered by each payment.

It's hard(er) to argue, "I didn't understand" when your name and initials are on that piece of paper.

Works out to about a 9% overall increase over a year's tenancy vs. paying the monthly rate. --173.19.x.xxx

800 / 4 + $10 = $210/week

800 / 2 + $15 = $415 every other Friday
