John, I believe that on Zillow, if you leave one box empty that they require to be filled out it will kick it back. Carefully look through all the boxes and if you see one or two that seem highlighted then put something (or something different) in those boxes and try again. Hope that helps you...if not, maybe find a 12 year old kid to help--they know this stuff intuitively. --50.45.xxx.xx

Zillow has terrible customer service. Lets say zero.

Have had a recurring problem with them keeping an apt listed that I unlisted several months back. The frustrating part is people randomly contact me asking about this rented rental. Zillow is non-responsive.

Also on rently the robot email that inquiring renters generate says so n so is interested in your property at 123 xxx st and the address a hot link, but it is linked to an address in a different city. --24.194.xx.xx
