Has anyone tried the Zillow online rent collection? I'm ready to move from checks to online collection. If not Zillow, any others you recommend? We only have two properties. --192.180.xxx.xxx |

I like Zelle. It’s free and I’ve never had any problems. --24.147.xx.xxx |

I have not used Zillow.
I've used Cozy which sounds about the same. % service fee that tenant pays if card used, or free if they use ACH.
These payments are initiated by the tenant, not pulled by the landlord. --107.5.xxx.xx |

I do not trust Zillow. Even our simple ads get messed up and highjacked by scammers.

Gail..also look up what if anything KY says about accepting rent under a waiver...
In some states, you accept 1 dollar and that is the rent..
I'd stick with having them send an actual check --162.247.xx.xx |

You get what you pay for in many cases.
With two, check out Zelle and Cozy. --64.251.xxx.xxx |

Zelle is quick and free if you have a bank that uses it. Most of my tenants have BofA or Chase, so those banks support it and my bank accepts it. Am trying to get deposit ATM cards for the tenants with no bank account - no more chasing the rent from the money order tenants. --201.140.xxx.xx |
