Sorry David, I missed your response yesterday and didn't see it until just now.
I just started using this site myself, so I don't have that many applications run through it just yet. TBH, I don't know that I will continue with it. I feel I was getting more information from the old company I was using. I was getting info like there was a civil suit against someone, it was a repo'd car, still owe $X amount, etc. This one just says there's a civil suit brought on by X company.
Pros - Internet based, I don't mess with the money, easy to use for applicant

Yes, Doogie got it right. I'd have had to tell you offline since the service I use is competing with MR. LL's service, but since it's already posted by someone else I will confirm that's what I use.
I like it because it's 100% tenant driven, they can upload pictures of documents (photo ID, pay stubs) taken with their phones, nothing to print off, I get an electronic signature with the authorization for talking to past LLs and employers. It makes my life a whole lot easier. Also, you can charge extra processing fees as desired. Payments happen to the 3rd party, so when applicants ask if they get a refund if they don't pass (in spite of the app clearly stating we don't refund fees!), I simply say, "you'd have to ask the site vendor if they offer refunds."
Done. I'm not the bad guy.
I like they way the site packages the PDF app and all supporting docs into a single zip file that I can download and/or archive online. Very organized and easy to access. --173.19.x.xxx |
