Is there any difference between evict one tenant and a group of co-tenants signed the same lease ?

If they all are on the rental agreement then whatever action you take must be applied to all. --72.93.xxx.xxx |

Last year I tried to evict of of the two tenants on lease. It turned out to be much more difficult than evicting both so I finally listened to my attorney and evicted both. It is doable but may not be worth the hassle. It certainly wasn't in my situation. You should check your local LL/tenant laws.

chen,
This depends on your judge.
In MY court yes, we can evict one person and keep the others. I know this because if I don't name all persons, only the persons named must go.

In my areas it is performed with everybody going - no partial eviction, if you run a rooming house you would be allowed if your hotel taxes are up-2-date. --76.188.xxx.xx |
