Happy Father's Day to all landlord Dads. I'm thankful for my family and that my wife and I are blessed with two great sons. My prayer goes out to all landlord Dads today and continually for Dads in our rental homes, for wisdom, strength and an abundance of God's grace that as Fathers, we all can benefit from daily.

Those newsletters taught me a lot when I started out back in 1994 to save my Dad's business after he passed. A friend, the MBA I mentioned the other day, gave me a couple and then I subscribed for a couple years. Great advice. --73.178.xxx.xx |
