Landlords probably can find uses for this,..
If you have never used or don't know about this product maybe you should learn about it. Its called FIBERFIX, Its a wrap about 100X stronger than duct tape repairs. It fixes a lot of things very fast and very well,..probably permanently
It has a bit of downside that you have to use it all after you activate it,..I have a corner in my garage which I put a few things that need repair.
However its also something that when you need it,...you need it,..Last year I used it on a rake that gets a lot of use,.I thought that maybe I could get a little more use out of it, but it seems like if the rake ever breaks again,...it won't break where it was fixed.,..
Home Depot has it, but I get it from little corner hardware store.
They have a web page with a video if you care to see more. --66.30.xx.xxx |

I used it 2 years ago on a 3” cast iron drain that got a rust hole in it. It is still holding up! To be fair I used a little epoxy under it over the hole but the fiberfix has stayed hard. I was amazed. --67.236.xxx.xxx |
