Love love love it. You know how every now and then you get a game changer, this is one of those. Our 1st game changer, evictions records on line, oh and google voice, 2nd game changer, Clear now, 3rd online application and now revised to Jotform. We can red flag apps in the system and app can only be completed once from the same IP, so the disqualifies cant even reapply ever again! Love it. --74.104.xxx.xxx

Thanks so much for the recommendation for Jot Form, and what a great tool.

Also, thanks for noting on the recent post about google voice that there's a way to undo the forcing of the caller to id himself or herself.

TT was a blessing that came to me at the convention from Razorback_Tim. It's a pre-screen, showing scheduling software program. I don't have the go ahead from Mr. Landlord to discuss it here yet by name, so for now I'm only going to reference it. --174.201.xx.x
