Hello. This is my first time i ever wanted to get rid of a tenant besides non payment. We signed a year lease in march. Can i just send them a 30 day notice, dc 100c? Then when they dont move on the 102c just mark for reason 30 day notice given? Thanks. Jason --107.77.xxx.xx

No you can not evict him if he has a year lease with a 30 day notice. You need a reason for the eviction. Has he violated the terms of the lease? --68.32.xxx.xxx

We have one right now. Three young women who moved in May 15th and call almost daily with the most outrageous demands that yesterday I offered to let them out of their 1 year lease and to return their full SD if they can be out the 6/30.

They claim they don't want to leave but I am not putting up with them for another 11 months.Not all terminations need to be for non-payment. --71.75.xx.xx
