State Specific Question About: CALIFORNIA (CA)

My 10 year lease just expired with Dadson. I do have their older agreement with the 10yrs x2 extension.

I served them last December a notice of non-renewal for the term expired June 3rd. They refused to move out their equipment or even negotiate a new agreement. I need an attorney with a lot experience with dealing with Laundry leases --73.28.xx.xx
