Every year i come i am blown away, Once again my expectations have been exceeded.
This year my favorite thing (there were lots) was the roundtables. Favorite speaker (next to Jeffrey) was Al Williamson..... short term rentals here i come. What was your favorite part?

Although my stay was unfortunately brief, I tried to absorb as much of the material that was presented. I really appreciate getting to meet a few of the active landlord forum participants. While I have attended other different conventions, I really liked this format. I want to commend Jeffrey and Dot, for they did a fine job running everything. The hotel had great amenities too. I was surprised with the number of new attendees, I thought that returning attendees would represent a majority of the audience. Always great seeing you again, Laura! And we met Plenty and her husband, and had dinner with Taylor and (forget her name, she is doing corporate housing in Las Vegas.) Drinking in the bar with NE and you and everyone else LOL!
Hearing Jeffrey's talk about his brush with Fair Housing actually made me feel BETTER about our processes - normally I hear a talk about the perils of landlording and I go crazy with worry. But since I have and use Jeffrey's management materials from his Boot Camp, I feel I am in pretty good shape if someone tried to take a swipe at us that way. Still, I will up my game in that regard to have even tighter control!
Al Williamson has really grown as a speaker. I have always liked his content no matter what he talked about.
Ditto Steven. His info has always been good but now he has more control over his presentation. I have a whole page of tools to IMPLEMENT and INTEGRATE once I get my computer working again... :( --50.82.xxx.xx |

Laura, you mentioned that your favorite thing were the round tables. They were indeed one of the most popular things this year and tons of practical ideas were shared from nearly two dozen round table discussions and brainstorming sessions on a wide-range of landlording and investing topics. We even have pictures this year from several of those informative and thought-provoking sessions.
