Abundant Thank You’s seem a dim gesture of gratitude for all the many gifts I have personally been given from this this forum.
Yes it is the posters that make it so rich with information and so much more. However this forum wouldn’t be if Jeffery hadn’t had the foresight to create it.
33 years and this “Gift” keeps on giving!

When I first found this forum I couldn’t believe my eyes. Landlords helping Landlords. BLINK BLINK.....
Your friends, your family, don’t really get your passion for Landlording. They don’t want to talk about toilets, Lease clause verbiage, fist holes in doors. Or share the joy of the first Child born in your rental property. The wonder and fulfillment of a resident completeing their PHD to be a surgeon while living in your rental.
Only another Landlord gets it.
Thank You for the gift of yourself and the gift of this forum. They are more valuable than any monetary measure.

Dr. Spock! I had that book when I was raising my children. I hadn't heard that name in years.
As far as this site is concerned, I found it in 2004, the year of our first eviction, we had been landlords since 1988 so we were just lucky in that regard, but I was missing out on so much!
