so my tenant just notified me two weeks ago that although her lease is up on may 22nd(today) she will be staying until june 1st. This was news to me as she had told me previously that she would stay until july 22nd and I was ok with that. Tonight when I go collected rent I would like her to sign something saying we are mutually ending the lease on june 1st, she is responsible for the home being broom clean and with no damage and also what she will owe for the extra ten days. Is there any template or anything you guys suggest I use? anything I should add or leave out of the doc I am going to write up? thank you for all your help! --184.74.xxx.xxx |
