Well boys and gals...Believe it or not I finally finished a flip I bought in April 2017:-). I have flipped and turned over probably 10 other cribs in this time but we finally got back to this monster... It was quite a long story... I only had probably 2 weeks of work to finish it for the last 6 months:-). Anyway, the place turned out pretty awesome... We did a roof, concrete, painted the siding, new kitchen, doors, floors, new rec-bet-bat... Paid 61k for it and are looking for 142k...Check it out on google... 4555 n. 65th Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I have a even better flip coming shortly in the next two weeks that you will want to see.,..

Stay tuned boys and gals....

Cheers Cimba

Funny how some projects eat time, while others ...eat less time.

It turned out very nice. What was the fix up cost after the initial purchase? --174.232.xxx.xxx

Beautiful. Cimba, why are the cabinets on the one side of the kitchen just a few inches below the soffit? It looks like it would just be an area to collect dust and dirt and hard to clean. I figure you have a good reason, and I am the curious type. --155.188.xxx.xx

We went with close out cabs from Home Depot that would have been too high if we went to soffit... I think my carpenter always sets the cabs at same height AND I happen to have some crown that we put on top since it was a close match... BTW, listed this crib last night and got two offers today... We are accepting 143k with no credits, no home warranty... AWESOME!!!! AND, we will be listing a nutter flip in da next two weeks that’s even more awesome....

Cheers cimba --172.3.xxx.xxx

Cimba, will holding on to this for more than a year allow you to pay lower capital gains tax rate than ordinary income tax rate? --98.13.xx.xxx
