Got a funny message on my voicemail today, regarding renting a room in the rooming house. He basically said:" I called and talked to you about a month ago. I really don't want to live there because you can't have cable. I really need someplace with cable. Call me"

I prewire almost every place so they can have it and it must be paid by them, do not like that gift wrapped look the providers perform - when they arrive I ask for 6-700 feet they would use going around this place. If I find cables around the house I cut them off and when the tenant calls I remind them they have violated the lease and whatever it costs is on them - be sure to have the landlord come sign the work on property release the next time. --76.188.xxx.xx

Well a boarder must have priorities! Cable is first um? Interesting. Why call...to let you know how much he wants to live there,how you lost out in that opportunity...and if you ever get cable you would not have any vacancy and you would have more people with this as a priority!
