Learned a good trick tonight at my association meeting.

The speaker was talking about motivated sellers and houses covered in cat pee and dog poop.

He said when he's in a house covered in dog poop, he makes certain that he steps directly in it!

Haha. The folks at the meeting got a good laugh out of that.

He makes a really good point though.

After he does that, he stops and says "Oh no! I stepped in poop!"

He said it usually embarrasses the people and they give him something to clean it off his shoe with and they sit down and start getting

down to the negotiations.

Yes and what brought up the subject of the dog poop with the speaker was when I said "You know you're at a good house when you get out of the car and get attacked by the dog and step over the land mine piles of dog poo, just so you can get into the house and get attacked by fleas." --50.107.xxx.xxx

Great attitude! My wife and I are the same way when buying a new (used) vehicle. We walked up to one and opened the door -- and it reeked of wet dog. Instead of going inside to negotiate the price, we made sure to stay right there at the vehicle with the owners nearby. Got a great deal on that one! :)

Oh my gosh. I don't think so. It would work just as well to point at it and say, "Yuck. There are piles of poop in here. Thats going to be nasty to clean up."
