If you like you 6s Plus, they are supposed to be offering battery replacements for $29 at authorized Apple locations through the end of 2018. Go to support.apple.com/iphone/repair/battery-power for info.

I don't know about those two options. I have an SE - the last one small enough to fit in my pocket. I'm hoping they will make another smaller version next, so I can upgrade to it.

Oh thank you Barb for letting me know that. I will get it replaced so if I sell and upgrade, it will have the fresh battery for the new owner. I heard about the throttling down issue, but didn’t know they had offered that program. Thanks!
Sisco thanks, I think I’ll consider the X then, for the battery issue.

I had to make the same choice. The screen on the X is actually bigger than the 8 Plus. I'm a guy and don't want the large phone in my pocket so I chose the X and love it. It also can do wireless charging which is pretty cool. --75.73.xxx.xxx |
