A week ago I put a free ad on facebook just saying I was looking to buy a house needing work,a woman who used to work with my wife responded and had family needing to sell a place due to a death.I just walked through with the son and if I pay off the $10000 mortgage I can have it.They want nothing to do with it,i will fill a 30 yard dumpster and list it with an agent and I think I will get about $30000 as is --72.231.xxx.xxx
