Hi,

Have you filed an abstract of the judgement in order to have the eviction info onto the county court. The judgement was from PJ court, now it goes to county court, then the public will get the notice on these two tenants,

>>>>> just called the PJ, they told me $5.00 to get a copy of an abstract of the judgement, then, take it to the county office at Airport blvd, and pay $26.00 to the county.

Does it mean with that information, the credit bureau, and tenant screen agencies will pick those information, so the next landlord will pick up that info, and will it also indicate how much in the judgement (with the court cost.)

I would love to answer this question but have no clue due to verbage sorry. I'm in GA and we use different terms.

I do know where airport blvd is-- by the Atlanta airport right? --99.103.xxx.xxx
