Tenant get's $10,000 go $30,000 on personal items. If they have a dangerous dog (that's a dog with a mouth and teeth) they need to get a minimum of $5,000 medical payments per person with a total of $50,000 in medical coverage. If they allow others to use their parking spot or dive their car, most tenants do, then an additional $50,000 in my buildings property damage. In the freedom and Liberty world I only advise them to get renters insurance. I think the Govt making you buy something like the awful health insurance plans is the antithesis of freedom and liberty.
