Tenant get's $10,000 go $30,000 on personal items. If they have a dangerous dog (that's a dog with a mouth and teeth) they need to get a minimum of $5,000 medical payments per person with a total of $50,000 in medical coverage. If they allow others to use their parking spot or dive their car, most tenants do, then an additional $50,000 in my buildings property damage. Their car insurance will cover other tenants cars. --47.156.xx.xx

In the freedom and Liberty world I only advise them to get renters insurance. I think the Govt making you buy something like the awful health insurance plans is the antithesis of freedom and liberty. It would be hypocritical of me to REQUIRE resident to buy something they don't want. --24.34.xx.xxx
