Send off letter to tenant we're not renewing their lease. Thanks to the advice I got from these forums I simply told them we are not renewing, even when pressured for a reason, I stuck to my guns....Your lease won't be renewed, repeat, we are not renewing lease..... Yay, I am so glad that this forum helped. I'm sure that the tenants were shocked and tried sloppily to plead their case to stay too.
