Today while watching the news a ad came about the real Doug Ford leader of the Conservative party Ontario. It went on all the bad things he was going to do including ripping out rent controls. Guess every single rental housing provider will be voting Doug Ford as it is about time there is a majority Conservative government in Ontario that is going make significant changes without consulting the other two leftist parties. People are fed up with the Fiberals who try to think the special interest groups are representing the majority of people in Ontario. Most federal, provincial along municipal elections here the majority of tenants do not vote. In the last provincial election only 45 per cent of population voted where the Fiberals got in. Many people are completely fed up the leader of provincial Liberals who is most unpopular premier here and most unpopular premier in the entire country. June 7th. is getting closer so the attack ads will continue.

Pretty simple. Most americans put DT in office because we all know you need an OUTSIDER to clean the swamp.
I just heard a retired FBI/DEA supervisor Chuck Rosenburg say and I quote "Jim Comey is an honorable man" Maybe that's the real problem -- these upper echolon have forgot what honorable is all about. Folks they FBI/AG office people "supervisors" conspired against the duely elected president to get him removed from office. They were falsifing documents and lying under oath to do it.
I say breing um all down.

Unfortunately, California, Washington, and Oregon seem to be going down the same path. I sure hope that DT can also clean up some of the mess that California is trying to spread across this nation.

Rent control was introduced in 1975 along with wage and price controls. A few years later they dropped the wage and price controls but rent controls continued year after year. Now slowly there is shortage of rental units in most areas of the province where sooner or later we are going down a dead end road. The government is never going to have the funds to build non-profit rental housing. So with Doug Ford the brother of the late Rob Ford things are going to change if the provincial Conservatives win a majority June 7th. You can not have universal health care then fund everything else. So far from the attack ads the Fiberals are making promises if elected but most people forget the Fiberals made 42 promises before keeping four then the others were never made. Rent control has to phased out when vacancies rates rise. They got rid of rent control in MA where the sky did not fall.
