Zillow just sent out an email that you can ACH tenants rent for free on both sides. Ohio and two other states --24.123.x.xxx

If your bank has Zelle, tenants can use that to pay rent and it goes right to your bank account associated with your email address. We also have tenants that pay us through Venmo and Square cash. It makes life so much easier. Love technology! --69.253.xxx.xxx

My experience with Zelle and many others are the same as WMH only allowed to go into personal account. Too much of an accounting hassle. --71.75.xx.xx
