So we have a cute new loft apartment soon to be available. Already advertising, and got a nice email today: "I love the place. Can you share your builder and designer as I would like to build a small place like that on my property up in (nearby town.)" She's legit, gave her name, looked her up.
Should I tell her the Mr. LL Board is our designer? Grey walls, bright white woodwork, Allure flooring? Should I reveal my DH and I designed (argued over) the kitchen layout with Home Depot cabinets and stock counter tops?
Or that we simply hired local plumbers, electricians and HVAC guys to do the trades work?

I just used a Sherwin Williams "color consultant" for my own house. It's a very good deal (much cheaper than hiring a designer) and I got a lot of good ideas, not just on the paint color. It was well worth it. --72.188.xxx.xx |
