Here is the new piece news that I was warn that I did not do that on the vacate notice, so I better redo it again.

It says that The "Important document" needs to write on the envelop.

The tenant replied it already. I can not get inside the property, because they own two killing dogs, and I always give 24 hours notice. I did not place it in the mailbox by the curb, but taped on the front door.

Of course, they did not vacate dated by the end of Sunday 3/18/2018, they respond it too.

So, should I re-do this terminating right of occupancy again.
