Anyone find anything reasonable? I am paying $3,000 to $6,000 a year depending on the size of a the house. I am NOT going to fib to regular insurance about "between" tenants and claim it will be occupied soon etc.
I am looking for anything reasonable - vacant express is the only company I have found, and use.

Don't forget, that maybe a yearly rental cost, but you only pay it for the time you have a vacant unit and you get a rebate after getting it rented and having regular insurance. How long is this going to be vacant? There is usually a time limit of how long it can be vacant on your insurance, where you are still covered. --96.236.xx.xx |

So we are looking for a vacant policy. It will be short term. Received a quote from my broker for $894 for policy, $100 whole broker fee and ny taxes. 25 percent of policy earned plus fees not refundable. We will only need policy for a short period of time. Total policy is $1027 for three months. --107.77.xxx.x |
