Do you need to do a background check on an existing tenant?
I get my Eviction checks by calling the Constable's office and Constable's assistant will scan her computer database and locate anyone who has been evicted in the last 2 years from Etowah County. Since the county jail is in the same bldg. she can pull arrest records too.

Google this: Etowah County Mugshots and/or Gadsden Times Mugshots.
These color photo mugshots are actually published in small newspaper type booklet and sold at convenience stores for $2.00 ! It is hilarious to look at these photos and say "I know that lady,...I evicted her 6 months ago and now she is in the slammer for beating up her old man".
