Are they on a lease? It's going to be tricky to evict a tenant just because the building needs repair.

I don't think there is any place where you can evict a tenant just because you are selling.

If they are on a month to month agreement, just give them their 30 day no cause notice to vacate. --174.216.xx.xxx
