I am happy to get in touch but I have no idea how private messaging works on this site. I tried sending a message through customer support on the MisterLandlord.com side of things asking how this works and that has brought no response. I am hoping you or someone else can point me in the right direction as I would like to get in touch. We certainly seem to have a lot in common given the craziness in Ontario as it applies to Landlording.

The standard lease can be downloaded by going into the Municipal & Housing Affairs website where it is a complete free for all where stating contents insurance is optional. Here one of the end non-profit housing units in Orangeville had a serious fire where the tenant did not have contents insurance. Tenants need to be aware in the event of serious fire, flood, break in or other natural disaster the contents in the rental unit are total loss where they lose everything as the building insurance covers the building not the contents.The Fiberals only have less then four months where more then likely they are will be voted out. In my lifetime have seen a provincial government that is completely obvious to reality or common sense. Andrew, I have done a search for 'missed connections' and looked in both GTA and City of Toronto and both yield one ad for someone looking for someone who opened a subway door for them in December.
