The new tenant would have to complete my application and have credit/criminal/eviction checks run plus meet my other qualifications.

I agree with Rathrum. They need to be vetted the same as anyone else. Part of it is a uniform policy but the other is I want to know everything possible about the people residing in my properties. --71.75.xx.xx
