Had anyone ever had an issue with overnight mold showing up?
I just had a tenant call with an issue saying that last night he had a little mold and he woke up today with mold all over the apartment.
I haven't been there yet and have never had an issue in this unit before.
Any ideas?

Did have a tenant complain about mold growing quick in a tiny bath, but I suspect they didn't let the bath fan run very long and maybe even kept the door closed. --136.32.xxx.xxx |

No! Do not tell tenant to text you pictures that could potentially be detrimental to you in court! Go look for yourself. Take your own pictures.
Mold is ubiquitous (it's everywhere environment). It can be a two edged sword if you admit it, or ignore it
Be safe. Investigate possible source of water/moisture. Demonstrate and document your diligence to remedy.
Clean any suspicious area with a 1:10 bleach to water solution. Prime and paint over it.

When it takes months to grow it under laboratory conditions - why is the flu shots so hard to replace?? They have illusions of winning a lawsuit - you guys need to find the mold release form that was on here a few years ago because it clearly states there is no EPA standard for mold therefore it is all about housekeeping, and this ain't no country club (I don't remember who started that one). --76.188.xxx.xx |
