Albert Aiello spoke at a Mr. Landlord Convention years ago and I bought a 1031 Turbo Exchange Package from him at the time and still have it. I also have of John Swhwab's from 1994. I have done a lot of these but my software is from 2001 and wanted to get the most updated that I can do myself. Does anyone know of something I can use?

Frank, thanks for the reply. I got the Aiello package back around 2004-5 and did about 35 of these with his forms and never had any real problem. I did have an issue when using an attorney once when it came to the exact dates that I had to make my purchases, he wanted to give me dates off the top of his head. On top of that he wanted me to pay him a thousand dollars for that advice. We ended up trading those 35 houses for 2 shopping centers and never had the first problem. The forms are on the old floppy disk and I wnat some new ones in the cloud or on a CD that have auto-fill since I am not a computer wizard but may have to find someone to do that.
