Ok guys what is the laws on this please? What kind of documentation do they have to provide and the tenant, brought the dog unto the property with out 1st asking so does permission have to be provided beforehand. Also the dog bit my plumber. Thanks --45.19.xxx.x

I just have to say I appreciate my three little dogs for the emotional support they give me. They are glad to see me. They let me pet their soft fur. My newest little guy after I lost my 18 year old Shih Tzu the day after Christmas, wants to sit on my lap all the time and he's only four pounds so that's easy. The 18 year old lost the motility in her intestine. Vet knew nothing about how to fix it so I asked them to help her pass as she had other issues also. I'm sure it's a problem for you to find a dog in your unit and it bit your plumber. If it's big enough to hurt someone then it needs to go but if not, gees, they are good for the soul.
