I have a young couple who were in the same situation until grandma, my tenant, got them straightened out and they are in my one bedroom apt. in the Cute Cape Cod. They had parental and family help to get them going on the right path and grandma cosigned so all is well. Father works a lot of overtime. He finally got some insurance so he can get his insulin.
