I use credit plus. They are mainly a reporting agency for mortgage companies but they do have a rental division.

I pay $12 for a report that includes all 3 reporting agencies plus an eviction report. They also provide the adverse form letters required by FCRA and a consumer copy of the report which I always send to applicants whether they are approved or rejected.

The reports are available within minutes and they keep the reports on file for you it's either 7 year or 10 years. You can also download them if you prefer.

I have to say that I was disappointed with the credit /tenant screening I received via Mr Landlord.....

After doing my own homework, I found that 2 applicants had extensive criminal backgrounds which I thought should have been discovered by Mr. Landlord's organization and which is what I paid for? Not pleased
