Update to my title issue/legal description problem.
I lawyered up. He is also having a difficult time with Ditech (one of the banks with the messed up title). I have no problem calling ditech out, and by all means, somebody please report me to them. They intentionally gave us a number to a completely different business. We are back to square one which is a customer service representative who refuses to give us the number of someone with the capabilities to help. However....
All properties are under contract for sale. We are trying to negotiate selling them on the same day with my attorney (who is also representing one of the buyers). He said if we sell on same day the issue will be corrected.
Please see my next post for my new issue...when it rains it pours...

Is the Fascia-repair Buyer one of the buyers in the group? If not, did you pay him for the repairs he made? --100.6.xxx.xx |

I can't speak to Va law, but in Pa - an attorney can provide you a letter of opinion saying the title is good all due diligence was completed. With that letter, a title company can issue a special warranty deed --24.101.xxx.xxx |
