I'm just having my tenants deposit their payments directly into my bank account right now. ClearNow offered on this site seems like the best alternative to eRentPayment, but I was looking for a quicker solution than they could provide at the moment. --204.210.xxx.xxx |

I'm using payyourrent.com. They process on a 0 day hold & use merchant accounts. Funds are transferred to me the next day if payment is made by 3 PM today.
Registration is a little wonky in a roommate situation but overall it's been OK for the last 60 days.
I can also set it so tenants pay the fee. They have 3 different pay tiers if memory serves. --63.245.xxx.xxx |

I asked my local bank what they are doing to prevent an erentpayment event from happening again with one of its vendors. It just said that they routinely review files and strength of all of its vendors annually.
