In our paper a couple days ago (on the front page, no less) was a picture of the building one of our local landlords had painted (and then specially decorated) @ the "request" of city code. He painted the majority of his building white, but then he embellished a part of it with his artistic rendition of a male's naughty parts-I think they were surrounded by butterfly, rainbow colored wings.
Needless to say, the city fathers were not amused by his exercising his First Amendment rights! --76.189.xxx.xxx |

Here is a link if you'd like to see his artwork. (I guess they look more like dragon wings than butterfly wings! and they aren't rainbow colored either!)

Hahaha! Wanna be right or rich? This guy just fueled the fire is a big way.
A local guy who the city constantly badgered asked first "Is their a code for colors?" "No". His building is Hot Pink.
