I have all the applications that were filled out in 2014 from the folks that paid for and got screened....but for what ever reason didn't move in after the screening was completed.
In Apartments:
-Very bad credit without rental history - not willing to pay the extra security deposit
- Very good credit but a recent college graduate - not willing to sign a lease
- multiple felonies
- minor criminal activity with bad credit
-Mom and son with financial hardship due to medical bills & pre existing conditions
-Sex offender
- Good credit but less than 2 times the rent as income - in between jobs
SFH
- RTO house but coming from an income based housing complex.
So for many of these folks - I don't think they we will actually fully screen them. It is my plan to place the screening criteria on the front page of my application. Maybe this will hammer home the idea
