State Specific Question About: CALIFORNIA

I have a unit in a small HOA of 30 units. A company with a LLC bought 3 units. Does anyone know who would be the person that would get the right to vote in our elections.

Thank you, JM --76.247.xxx.xx

I would imagine nobody from a LLC would be voting, unable without breaking thru the LLC, but dumber things have been done with LLC. --76.188.xxx.xx

Check the HOA bylaws. Ours specify who can vote and serve on the board of directors when the unit is owned by various entities. --73.102.xxx.xx
