Are there only certain dates such as the 1st and 15th that transactions can be scheduled for or can you schedule transactions for any day of the month, such as the 17th of the month?

Also does anyone know how many intermediaries they use and who those intermediaries may be.

I've been using clear now for 4 years or so and can answer some of your questions.

1) there are set options. 1, 5, 15, 25, (3 + 17), or every other tues.

2) not sure about intermediaries. I reached out for comment yesterday, but haven't heard back yet. It's the weekend now, so probably nothing until Monday.

3) you can set the payment to go to multiple bank accounts, but assuming you have everything set to one account, payments are grouped based on payment date. For example, if you have 10 tenants paying $500 each on the first, you will get one transfer of $5,000 each month (less fee, assuming all tenants paid). You can log in to your account and or look at the email they send to see the break down of who paid that month. --107.200.xxx.xxx

Each ClearNow account debits on a specific day and credits to a specific bank account. There are no setup fees. ClearNow fees are based on your debit day and are only charged when you attempt to debit a tenant. You have your choice of debit days:
