OK- Friday funnies slightly early- I hope someone with a ranch will help this one out, seems very sincere with a English degree - maybe able to have great psychic communication with animals, apparently it really is a zoo out there...

Hi. My name is Melanie and my dream job is to own a ranch that rescues animals. Unfortunately, I don't own a ranch :)

I am looking for housing in exchange for working in a rescue shelter or related field. I currently live in FL and am tired of the heat and hurricanes. I am open to relocating in the Eastern half of America, but far from the coast.

I grew up in my family's boarding and grooming kennel, got a degree in English with a perfect grade score and spent over 15 years as a professional nanny. I have excellent references, a good driving record and a clean background. I'm hardworking, ethical, dependable, trustworthy and fun to be around. I'm in my 40s and my rescue dog will be coming with me.

I'd prefer being near mountains, but that is not a necessity. I'm tired of the ocean! :) I have no children (except for my dog!), and I am single, which makes relocating easier.

I may need help with moving expenses but may not. I'm looking to move ASAP but am flexible. I am willing to sign a contract.

I'm excellent at customer service and wonderful with animals (except snakes, ha). I take pride in doing a great job, am skilled in many areas and am a rapid learner.

Wow, yes, very nicely written, spelling and sentence construction is great. How often do you see that on CL. I guess if you really know what you want, you need to get it out there. BUT, I hope she is playing the lottery too, chances might be better there! Seems like that degree was wasted though. --96.236.xx.xx
