I've had my rentals covered in a commercial policy for years...through TAPCO... I believe? (Sorry not at my desk at the moment) The rates are good and most of the time they don't hassle me. My disclaimer is I rarely claim anything....we fix it ourselves. My problem is my insurance salesman company isn't taking care of my business. Question: In TEXAS is there another company better-cheaper and how do I find another company that sells TAPCO if I can't find a better insurance?

I also have Tapco. I use Upshaw insurance agency and they have been good. I've dealt with folks in both Amarillo and Dallas where there offices are and have always been satisfied. Like you, I haven't had a claim in years since I have a high deductible.
