Ex S8 tenant's adult son just decided to commit 3 armed robberies in one hour. Can't make bail. This could force her to move from a two bedroom to a one bedroom unit if he isn't available for her annual review.

I wondered how that would play out, so you have to endure getting another one filled this tough time of year. I am teaching the heating class tonight for reiano if you are interested you do not need seating reservations but have to enjoy the dining, you will get to see me wobble around in my ankle boot - wiped out at labor day but now upright without crutches, I can operate a hand control bulldozer/backhoe and gonna try getting into a combine for beans next week or 2... --76.188.xxx.xx |

Glad she is your EX Sec 8 tenant. Around here such crimes increase around rent payment time. I guess they don't have the portion that they are required to pay. I wonder if such crimes would decrease in general if Sec. 8 just paid the whole thing. Probably would save taxpayer money. --73.33.xxx.xxx |
