State Specific Question About: PENNSYLVANIA (PA)

Does PA have laws regarding Holdover Tenants (tenants who do not vacate upon Notice, etc.) What are the penalties? Thanks. --73.79.xxx.xxx

If tenant doesn't vacate and proper notice was given, proceed with court eviction.

Phillip, it never happened to me, but be sure to put a clause in your lease that the tenant agrees to hold you harmless if the prior tenant fails to vacate according to their agreement. --73.230.xxx.xx
