He's not on the lease. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't even be communicating with him. You have an obligation to your tenant, no one else. Discussing her private business with him may does no one any favors. If you wish, send him one final response that all communication must come from your tenant and that if he wishes to speak with you he needs to be added to the lease agreement. Then immediately block his number/emails so you won't be tempted to respond when the inevitable tirade comes.

Get him on the lease or get her out. Sounds like he brings trouble, and these poor gals like your tenant seem to attract unsavory characters. The only way to ensure he is gone for good is for her to be gone also. Even if he leaves...she'll find another one to replace him.
