I usually have them rented in a week, but on occasion I overprice and shoot myself in the foot. Then at the one week mark, I'll cut 20-25, 5-6 days later I'll cut again. Taking lots of calls but no one that we would even consider showing. We tried concessions after 3 weeks and just got more unqualified people calling. Very frustrating.
