Duct tape might do it but cover with clear packaging tape so the threads do not stick to the tomatoe skins or anything else. I'd be concerned of the caliber of tenant who would move into a home with the crisper pan repaired with duct tape. Around here, perfectly functional fridges with all of their crisper pans intact can be purchased used for $200. Or scratch and dent new from Lowes for not much more.
