Had a tenant erect a trampoline many years ago without permission. ANOTHER tenant drank 14 beers and jumped on it and cracked his back. Of course wanted to sue us.

Luckily he walked around telling people what he did and no lawyer would take his case.

Had a tenant get an above ground pool and fill it up on our water bill. Didn't like the location so she emptied it, moved it and filled it up AGAIN. $$$$

So no pool, no trampolines, no equipment of any kind that would affect insurance rates or could be called an "attractive nuisance." --173.22.xx.xx
