The tenant are not happy about their 30 day notice to vaca. So are pleading their case. Sorry but the trust has eroded for me with them. Too many instances of unauthorized occupants and pets. Their failure to comply 100% instead of arguing with me has nailed their case.

But the worst offense is their stating to me all my residences, my net worth, what they think I do with my money and spare time and anything else they could dig up on me on google.

It is interesting how people do not hesitate to try to intimidate you by spouting off what they think is your financial information. First of all it is Rude. Secondly it has very little if anything to do with their situation in life. One fellow who lives in the same neighborhood as I do has memorized all of the address of the houses that my husband and I have. I just booted a Tenant with 30 days notice last month. He called me 25 to 35 times per day and as much as 100 text messages per day. He begged, whined, and threatened. He ran the building down and absolutely convinced me that booting him was the right thing to do. In all this time, I only sent him 1 message and that was a text message informing him he was getting a move out letter explaining how I wanted the unit cleaned up. Otherwise, I refused to enter into a dialog with him at all and that obviously drove him crazy.

I let his girlfriend stay with a new Lease as she has always been a great tenant who will hopefully develop better taste in men. Two weeks ago he broke into the apartment and broke as much of her possessions as he could. He now has a protective order to stay away from the unit.

He was on the town sex registry and was freaking that he could not rent another apartment, so he adds a protective order to his history. --152.131.x.xxx

The mindset that I am experiencing is that they dont seem to understand the 30 days notice to vacant. I dont need a reason although I just got grief from them when I explained unauthorized occupants and pets was a lease violation. She was brilliant enough to explain that away to me in writing.

Ask yourself what would happen if the landlord recieved a 30 day notice to terminate from the tenant, can you image a landlord, calling threatening harnessing a tenant to stay after they have given their legal notice to vacate? --96.233.xxx.xxx
